Do you have the most recent version?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Is this happening on all your webpages or a particular two? I've seen certain scripts cause issues. Facebook, twitter etc.

Do you have a link to your pages that we can look at? Most likely it's what Eric said above, it's most likely a script or multiple scripts running on the page that are messing it up. There are a lot of really great scripts out there, but they don't always behave well in previewing (in other programs too not just HTML Editor). Be easier for someone to help if they can see what's on the page. :)

I just looked at the code of your home page, and I've absolutely no doubt that it's scripts doing that. The best way to find out what's causing the issue is to remove all the scripts from a page, then put them back in one by one until you find the one that is giving you issues on the preview. From there comment that one out while you edit your page and put it back in when you're done. Trust me it's not just an HTML Editor issue, it's a editing issue for most any HTML editor you'd use as you're running a ton of scripts.
