Hi,
Most of the time when I try to open the Editor (win 10, 17 build 865), nothing happens for about 20 seconds and then I see the attached error message. I click on the various buttons and then after another 20 sec or so, 2 instances of the Editor open. What's wrong here?

The error seems to be not in the app itself, but either in your internet connection, or in the server that the app connects to in order to check your CC credentials for authentication. In the lower part of the error message, it says what you have to do to contact the CC support.
We have noticed, though, that the servers at CC seem to be a bit unstable at times, so hopefully, this is just a temporary thing.

Well, I clicked on that support link and I only got a blank white screen. You may be right, their servers seem to be a bit under the weather.

Excuse me for jumping in, but I get nearly this errormessage on Linux Mint with Wine too.
(recent Wine, Mint 19.3)
Cheers ! Would be nice to use the editor, as this niggle is the only problem for running it on Wine - I'm also considering Sitedesigner as that seems to run too.

PS: The irritating part is that the editor works pretty good in Wine when it doesn't start throwing that error on startup :-/
