Try re-sizing the application and it should refresh itself.

If this is the way the files/folders are located on the server, a resize won't be enough, me thinks...

No, it is not how the files are on the server... lol It is how CC makes them out to look... But they are neatly organized... I am also having problems with CC Crashing... When I am just clicking the save icon, it locks up and sometimes it comes back but most often it crashes.

Just happened again... Different file this time. And resizing the window does not help, I have to close and reopen the program. It looks like it is happening when I am downloading the file... Do not know why but that is when it seems to do that...

Ok, back to the crashing problem... My CC has crashed 4 times in the last 30 min! This is starting to upset me because every-time it crashes it is because I am trying to save the file I am working on... Is this version of HTML Builder a beta? Has it been tested properly? And if it is not a beta... How do I get on the beta team? Because someone did not report a lot of bugs... I just can not believe that this Build is so buggy. First with 3 or four updates in one day and then all the problems that followed. I would like to help in beta of HTML then.

Oh and my tool bars are messed up and I do not have any costume ones made... I use default.

Sorry you are having problems, but this doesn't really give us much to go on. For us to help, we need much more information.

1. Where are you trying to save the files to?
2. Do you have read-write access to the location?
3. What type of file are you working on?
4. What operating system, service pack and IE versions are you using?
5. Are you working in a website project or from the My Computer Tab
6. Are you editing files locally or from the server?
7. Are SplitScreen Preview or External Preview enabled or disabled?
7. Anything else you can share? The more detailed information you can provide helps us try and replicate the issues you are having. Randomness is very difficult at best to track down.

As to your question on beta testing. Yes, this was tested quite a bit and we have now had our 20,000+ install of 12.5 and these issues you are reporting have not been reported by anyone else. Windows is a very picky little bugger, so sometimes there are just OS configurations out there that no matter what we try and do, it will just not work. We do try our best there. ;)

As to the toolbar issue, please see my post here: http://www.coffeecup.com/forums/html-ed … questions/

For your website project display issue, What I would suggest is you delete your project settings file and then re-create a new project off those files and see if that helps. Delete the .cpf and .cpfs files.

I will do my best to help, but sometimes there just isn't an answer. I would also suggest that you put all this into a support ticket instead of here. I try to monitor forums, but sometimes I don't see everything. In a support ticket everything is logged and tracked. Also having your source files so we can open them here really helps us more then anything.

I have to admit that the crashing has happened to me a few times too. I'll watch it more carefully on my end and try to see exactly what I'm doing also.

How do you folks define 'crashing'? I would say a programme is crashing if it suddenly stops working and folds, with or without error messages.

I have not had what I described above. Here the Editor freezes, goes whitish, and most often I have to close it myself with Ctr Alt Del. But after some newish build, don't remember which, I have been able to get the Editor to life again, without closing.

As to beta testing, we have wrung the program inside and out, and the freezing problem has been reported.

Win 7/64.
