Thank you...but I have checked them several times and it says that it is a good connection.
You can have a good connection and still publish to the wrong directory.
Did you do a search of your server for the file being in a different location?

I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Might also check your FTP settings, under the 'Advanced' tab and make sure the overwrite is not set to 'skip'. Should be overwrite or ask.

Thanks to all....I started from the beginning, setting up my server all over again. I then downloaded from the web, but this time said to download all images, etc, (not just the html) and save to disk. I made my corrections, saved it, then uploaded, and it actually showed uploading each individual image and page. I was ecstatic!
Then I clicked on my website online, refreshed it........and the changes were not there.
