Adding a Line to my Web Page using...

I am not that great with coding yet. I plan on redoing my site using RSD (which I bought) but for now I am using html editor. Someone redid my site for me to make it cleaner. If you look, you'll see on this page that there is a specific px location for each line on the page. How do I add another line above the "Issue #106" line in a way so that Coffee Cup html editor will adjust all the px locations for the lines beneath it? I used to just copy/paste in my old site, but if I do that here it puts the new line directly on top of (rather than above) the old line....I don't think I should need to change the px number for every line by hand, should I? There must be an easier way?

I took a look at the code. You definitely need to just redo it in RSD. In the long run, it will save you time. My contact info is below if you want some help.

Did you know that Web Form Builder can be used for both simple and complicated forms and that it's not limited to the default fonts and buttons? Take a look at a form we developed for WindowTinting.com.
