Am I missing a point here?

Input elements in RFF like email input or button or button input are now included as elements in RFF.

Before it was simply a matter of using HTML element and utilizing FORM BUILDER to achieve whatever needed including submit button and even access to HTML or HEAD is easier that way for more astute coders.

I have opened new page and entered INPUT element, EMAIL element and INPUT BUTTON element. Input and Email do have FORM field to be filled I assume as reference but input button nothing much.

Q1 - is there a link somewhere where this is explained in detailed

Q2 - Is this purely intended for people with decent coding experience but even if it is they would have to export file and use HTML EDITOR in order to finish the job (outside RFF).

Q3 - What are advantages of input elements in RFF directly as opposed to HTML element and using form builder?

1. What do you want explained?
2. I don't think you need to have a lot of experience, just proper guidance so you can use canned scripts to execute the form inputs.
3.Doing it within RFF gives you full styling control of your form.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
