How do the the Modes / Breakdowns...

Can someone give me a quick rundown of how the different options work in the 'modes' menu work? Are my descriptions correct below?

Default - I get this! yay!

Disable all - Does this mean that no matter where you have the breakpoint slider set it will only apply to the smallest breakpoint and then cascade up to all the others?

Single point - Does this mean that your breakpoint mode is set to the one you choose and any adjustments will only affect that one breakpoint (and cascade up), regardless of the position of the breakpoint slider?
