Hey All,

Okay-

WFB = works fine
FD = works fine
SD = will not display the FD at it's full height, instead I can a small scroll box, nothing formatting correctly.

URL SD: https://xtremepaintball.coffeecup.com/
URL FD: https://old-xtreme.coffeecup.com/my-for … /form.html

I have tried and tried everything, I have set the H value on containers, html elements all at auto through to 2000px. Yet, no matter what I do it will not display correctly, but if I view the FD in a browser separately, it works fine. I have been trying to reach support for three days and now have a client yelling at me as they get a lot of inquiries by email and now cannot get any.

Please review and help...

WFB, FD & SD will not attached to this forum post. I will organize a cloud link shortly.

Thank you, All

Hi Two Coffee,
I would first fix the http link to jquery to https
http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7.2/jquery.min.js
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Thank you Eric, SmoothScroll api has been updated.

I did notice when using the inspector tool, it registers everything as 1280px for the contact us form, but it doesn't display more than 112px. Any thoughts on this one?

This file is missing.
https://xtremepaintball.coffeecup.com/x … zer.min.js
Move this to the foot area of your page.
<script type="text/javascript">
$('body').prepend('<a href="./index/up-arrow.png" class="back-to-top">Back to Top</a>');
</script>

You should be able to remove the Google jquery link as you already have a jquery referenced.

Hi Eric,
I am having the same problem. I created a form using form designer. Then created a page from visual site designer that contains a header and an html field . Exported the form, added the code which was to go into the html in the page to the html. Exported it as well. Uploaded both to my host site. Below is the code which was to be copied into the html field.

<iframe src="form.html" id="id-20937" style="border:none;background:transparent;min-width:100%;"></iframe>
<script>
(function(w,d,i,p){f=function(){iFrameResize({},'#'+i);};if(!w.iFrameResize){a=document.createElement('script');a.src=p+'js/iframeResizer.min.js';a.addEventListener('load',f);d.head.appendChild(a);}else{f();}})(window, document,'id-20937','CustomColour');
</script>

When I display the page, the form is too short with a slide bar on the side. Can you point me in the right direction for a soluton.

Thanks

As an aside, where can I find information on what function(w,d,i,p) means.

Hi Janice,
Could you share a link to your form so we can check it out?

Hi Janice,
I'm no expert on forms, but you are saying that you created a form using Form Designer and then you're placing it within Visual Site Designer, the latter being an old, obsolete program that cannot handle responsive web design, just for starters. I could imagine all kinds of issues with that combination.
Are you absolutely sure that you have mentioned the correct program names?
Ha en riktig god dag!
