Hi Eric and everyone,
I have recently integrated a webform i have been using for years into a .php page and parsed a database to fill in some fields for customers. works great! HOWEVER.. for the first time ever, I am getting users who are getting blocked to the form with a message that says, "this site uses cookies.. you must enable cookies in your browser" problem is that customers are enabling cookies and trying several browsers but they keep getting these messages and cannot access the page.

Cookies are working properly from all tests we have done. We never had this problem with a standalone html page form on the same site.
does anyone have any ideas for me as to where to look to solve this problem? Much thanks in advance.

A link would be helpful.
Also, when I run into these issues, I typically start with seeing if there are any messages in the console of Google Chrome developer tools (right click on the page => inspect => console tab): https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/
Usually, if I am getting error messages from a site, the console often gives more specific details/ places to investigate. Just a thought.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
