Unable to run Direct FTP

I just installed Direct FTP version 6.9 and am unable to run it. I've tried running it as an administrator and that didn't help. I've uninstalled and reinstalled as an administrator and that didn't help. When I try to run the program, nothing appears to happen.

Uninstall the program, reboot, and reinstall. If this does not help the issue. Please open a support ticket.
