I downloaded Direct FTP and click "Manager Servers" to add the following:
Nickname
Server Name
Username
Password
I found the Server Name is missing from this field. I entered the other data Nickname etc. and see a '401' error message displayed..."you are not authorized to view this page". Do I need to include a Hostname (IP address) in the PuTTY configuration (Terminal) settings for the Server Name field to show? The Hostname field in the PuTTY configuration settings is blank.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

In the "Manager Servers", try the "More options" above the "Cancel" button to enter the rest of your server info.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
