While uploading one of my sites piedmontbridalshow.com I had an issue with gif files not being processed correctly. The gif images were not a valid image when they uploaded on the server.

You can see the image that I finally got to work on the bottom of the index page.

I had to use the file upload from my cpanel to get the image to upload correctly. All the jpg images processed correctly with ftp, but any gif were not correctly uploaded
