Please open a support ticket. That is always the fastest way to make sure your issue is addressed.

Can an earlier version be made available while those impacted wait for tickets to be resolved????

You can request that in your support ticket as well.

I did update in my ticket (and according to the messaging when resubmitting - probably lost my place in line!!) I know I am not alone in this as others have posted. I need to FTP ASAP!! AND I really hope that all my sites (over 20) settings are not lost!!! Can something be done outside of the ticket request??

I installed the new version without problem.
I had this issue days ago and made uninstall, reboot and new install and everything went fine.

Don't worry we are pretty fast. You will probably loose all of them because the database that stores that info will not work with older versions.

Fast about resolving this issue or fast about getting my last version prior to upgrade? Also, you mean I will loose my dB if if you get me my prior version or I won't have it when my issue is resolved? If the latter, why would I not have it with the new upgrade? Never an issue b4!? I'm sure your gang is swamped with requests however from "my world" I have 3 sites needing FTP-ing NOW, the code snippets were gold to me along with not having to use NotePad or other for editing. It's coming up on 24 hours. I gave my LOG details............I re-tried 2 more times un-installing, re-installing.....please send or post a link to download prior version......

jagweb when you reinstall are you cleaning the registry and rebooting before installing again?

Relax and take a deep breath, I have already sent you version 6.6. I also do have your log files and our programmers are looking into it. Sometimes when there are problems, it takes our programmers a bit to analyze the logs so they can figure out the exact cause of the problem.

Because you installed version 6.7, I am not 100% sure if you can re-open your FTP profiles in 6.6. It may work, I just have not tested it in the way.
