Hello, I was happy to use previous version of FTP before I upgrated to Direct FTP 6.7.
Now I can not start it. I have message - THE PROGRAM FAILED TO INITIALIZE ITS CONFIGURATION FILE AND MUST EXIT.
Is anybody can tell me what is a problem?

Did you try a complete uninstall and reinstall?

Sounds like a bad install. I would suggest re-downloading the software again and re-installing the software.

I already tried it many times, it doesn"t help. Also I have message - DIRECT FTP COULD NOT BE LAUNCHED FROM THE INSTALLER. CLOSE THE INSTALLER AND START DIRECT FTP FROM THE WINDOWS START MENU. I did it too, it is doesn't work also. Can I find somewhere previous version of Direct FTP?

We just uploaded a new version today. Can you download that and see if it helps. If it does not, please open a support ticket and one of our techs can look into this for you.

Hi Scott - I did all I mentioned within the past hour. In addition, I disabled my security & firewall, re-downloaded and re-installed and additional 3x - same issue. Using vista/32 bit. I did open a ticket. THX!
