When I download it, it says "I already have it. Do I want to replace it?"
This has happened with several of the programs/software. Should I continually replace it? Is there something I'm not seeing?

There was a version that had a mistyped version reference in the coding, sending one down that loopy path - LOL. Download and install the latest version, even if it says you already are up to date. Hopefully, that will resolve the problem for you.
