Did this only happen after the newest release? I haven't installed it yet so I'll wait if that's the case :P

We are narrowing this down. I have the issue reproducible now and our developers are looking into a way to fix it. Should have something in the next few days.

We just posted an update that will fix this issue. For clean installs, you will not have to do this, but for existing installations, please follow these instructions:

Will I need to do the above installation method if I didn't install the last version? Or should I do it anyways? I'm not sure where the problem started so not sure if it's something from just the last update before this or if it was already there and we didn't notice it? I do most of my uploading via the Editor and via Rightload program so I don't do a lot of uploading with the FTP program, mostly downloading, so I never noticed this problem before.

Anyways I'm on version: 6.9 build 1995

Do I need to do all that above or can I just install it like normal?

@Jo Ann

I had build 2003 and did not have to do the above when upgraded to 2004.

Thanks Scott. It worked. Will we have to do this for any future installs?:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

No. This is a one-time fix. For most people, it will work right after installation.
