Tried to log into Direct FTP and it does not let me in.
"Sorry, the action you are trying to complete has timed out. [28] Additional information: server response timeout."
is the message I get when trying to open a server.
Tried to Update the program and it says:
"(2) the software you have requested does not exist."
Please help !

You need report this to customer service
