I start using CC Direct FTP to download the log files on my server. It's an Apache server and under have several directory "/mail", "/users", "/logs",... and "/web"
The web folder is where my site is installed. Configuring the server on DirectFTP I only have access to /web directory and can not access the others. I, then, installed the Core FTP Lite and with the same server configurations could reach the /log directory. What I'm doing wrong on CC program? Or what is the setting is missing?

Yes sir.

I just replied to your e-mail Jimmy. Try entering in ../logs ../mail ../web etc instead of /logs and it works just fine. Not too sure why /logs will not work, but I will ask our developers.

As you said just insert ../ in address bar and it worked
