Recently, when updating a web page with additional content via copy & paste, each time I paste the entry is duplicated.

Could you elaborate a little more, - for clarity?

By definition, a copy and paste operation is of course a duplication process...

I thought that was clear - I said the paste entry was duplicated.

I copy some code from wherever.

I then go to the downloaded code in DirectFTP, execute Ctrl V or Edit>Paste into the selected location ,and it appears twice in sequence, rather than once.

This anomaly does not occur elsewhere on my computer - only in DirectFTP

David - I couldn't get the problem to replicate on my end. Does it happen only with the key entry (ctrl-v) or with the menu selection or clipboard icon? Or does it happen with all of the above?
