I connect via Verizon wireless, so I wasn't expecting it be so slow.

Also, as a suggestion, it should show the progress of the uploads. I guess WS_ftp has totally spoiled me over the years, lol.

You can do that too. Press Control-T and then dock the Transfer Activity Window.

Why does the version not change when I download the latest update. I ran 6.9 1942 and it seemed to go through the install process yet when I check the the program help file: version it says I have 6.7 1882. Now it keeps having errors and doesn't work properly. It looks different but doesn't work.

I would suggest uninstalling the software first before installing the update.

Try doing an uninstall of the program first.
