I was using 6.6 and I have now sent in a ticket.
I have also downloaded 6.7 and it also fails to upload the file.
ver 6.7 gives more info such as problems with virus checkers and firewalls
but it allows other files to upload up okay.
More details and file on my ticket.
Sorry for duplicating it but previous messages asked the
user to 'make out a ticket'?

Hi Folks,

The RDIR command means Recursive Directory. This is the command that is given to follow the lower level folders down to the bottom. There are several reasons this could fail or throw an error.

1. Server permissions do not allow a recursive navigation.
2. File permissions are also a possible issue.
3. There is no folder to recursively follow or the folder is empty.

If we can get some examples of the issue and FTP Logs maybe we can find a way to track it down a little more. I can tell you this though, all FTP Clients will fail from time to time on this. The only difference is that most of them fail silently and just put the file into a failed queue.
