I tried to upload an addon domain with Direct FTP public_html/ but could not access.
I accessed the main domain, opened the public_html/ folder there and uploaded the new files.
I could not access the new site on the net and now can't access Direct FTP at all. I don't know
if I inadvertently changed server info or not.
Do I need to go to Lunarpages to verify my password or do you have that info?
Is there some other reason I am having this problem?
Thanks,
Doug

When you access the main site can you see the addon domain listed in the directory?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

I can't access the main site on Direct FTP anymore.
When I select the server icon on the left end of the toolbar the disconnect plug n the upper right turns yellow and then I get messages of failure or denied access.

I would Dbl check your ftp settings to make sure they are correct. I have one host that automatically changes the login info from time to time and when I can't login to that one I go though the cpanel and get the new info or setup a new one.:)

I finally got it to work then it quit again, I went to VSD and published, then Direct FTP started working again. Who knows??
Now I'm having problems with form builder. When previewing on VSD there is no form on the background where the form is.
When published there is a "Not Found" message where the form is on the page.
Not as easy to use as the old form builder. Seems some directions are contradicting.

The new web form builder works great! But, there are a lot more directories and files involved. Just make sure all the directories, and sub-directories and files are added and your form should work fine.

Another way to do it is to simply add the HTML code for the form, then FTP all the files and folders to your server manually. If you are going to be changing anything on your form this might be easier anyway.

When you manually export your form the form builder creates a directory named myformname_exported.
All the files you need are inside that folder and need to be ftp up to the root of your site. So it's all the files in the myformname_exported not the actual myformname_exported folder.:)

I've tried direct ftp and I've tried VSD w/the same results. I end up with an area where the form is supposed to be but with error messages.
The only way I can get the actual form to appear is in VSD.
I access the exported file and open the html file with editor then copy and paste that by itself with the "add HTML" tab on the toolbar where I know I'm not supposed to. I just keep experimenting.
Then when I "preview" the actual form appears but is somewhat jumbled.
Very frustrating also this instruction is confusing.

"Paste the code from the box within the <body> and </body> tags of the webpage that will contain the form, making sure to place it where you want it to appear on the page."
Does'nt the "add HTML" tab do this or are you supposed to actually edit the HTML file for that page? I've tried both.
Thanks
