Cannot switch to another server -...

I'm hoping someone will be able to help.

I am using v6.7, build 1822 with Windows 7. When I start Coffee Cup FTP I can only connect to the last previous server. In order to change sites, I must choose a new server, EXIT the program, then re-start Coffee Cup FTP. It will then connect to the newly chosen server.

In other words, I cannot chage from server to server with restarting the software.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

What happens if you click the "Disconnect" toolbar icon first and then try to connect to another server?

Using the diconnect, will dicsonnect. However, if you select another server, it will not reconnect. You must exit the program and start up again.

Thanks Randy. I will let our developers know and see if they have any suggestions.

Randy can you do this for me. Hold the shift key down and launch Direct FTP. This will start the internal logging. Make note of the file path when the software starts. Now try to replicate the problem you were having. Once you have done that, email that log to scott@coffeecup.com and we can look at what is going on.
