X/Y Offsets for mouseover objects...
The x and y offsets for mouseover objects seem to be working the opposite from the way they should be. In an x/y coordinate system, "x" refers to the horizontal direction, and "y" refers to the vertical direction. It must follow, then, that "x offset" should move an object to the left (if the number is a negative value) or right (if the number entered is a positive value), and "y offset" should move an object down (if the number is a negative value) or up (if the number entered is a positive value). However, this is not the case with this feature. Instead, "x offset" causes an object to move up or down (rather than left or right), and "y offset" causes an object to move left or right (rather than up or down). Plus, a negative "x offset" value causes an object to move up (rather than down), and a positive "x offset" value causes an object to move down (rather than up). So, either I'm not thinking straight or the terminology being used for this feature is incorrect.

Hi Tom
You are indeed correct. What is funny about that dialog is this has been that way for the life of the program and no one has ever questioned it.
What we are going to do is change the wording of X-Offset and Y-Offset to something that is a bit more accurate in the next update.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
