Windows 8 Pro - Post ID 200305
Hi,
I just installed windows 8 pro and got the following problem:
When I uploaded my website to S-Drive the screen got black and I couldnot get VSD back on the screen.
I also couldn't close VSD on the toolbar.
I had to restart mij laptop.
I could see the upload went well.
Do I have to set something right to be able to use VSD and Windows 8?
Cheers
Henny

Have you downloaded the updated version of VSD?

Hi,
It took some time but the problem seems to be solved.
I had to install a Beta version of Norman ASA protection suite to ride off a lot of problems.
Then there were some drivers that did'not work with W8.
Thnx for your help:)

*Wonders what Norman Security Suite is* Never heard of it unless you're mocking Norton? It's all bloatware if that's what you're talking about. Windows 8 has a built in security system also, you don't really need all those extra programs for it now. Turn on Windows Firewall, get a copy of Malwarebytes to run periodically for checking for major things and that's really all you need. Windows 8 security is installed automatically so you don't have to do anything other than tell it to turn on.
If you're really meaning to say Norman Security Suite and that's really what it is called, get away from it, it's not a well known program
