My site was up and working but now when I go to it a window opens that says: "THERE'S NOTHING HERE YET" and tells me to go top the Control Panel. What's w/ this? Control Panel contains site files but there is no direction what to do next. This software used to be pretty easy but it has gotten too complicated. Quite displeased w/ it.

This doesn't have anything to do with Visual Site Designer. Your domain houseworxmemphis.com is pointing to the IP address 72.167.131.29 but the correct IP address is actually 66.223.62.9 However, www.houseworxmemphis.com is pointing 66.223.62.9. Looks like you only partially updated your DNS settings.

If you go to http://houseworxmemphis.coffeecup.com you will see it loads fine.

So as you see, VSD is free and clear here. ;)

Scott coincidentally, do you remember about the time that you at CC did your major upgrade, my website on Trevors account (wedding cars) had exactly the same thing happen ;)

And correcting my settings at domainmonster corrected it as you said it would :)

Started using CC VSD in January 2009, I don't do HTML code, Sales from CC site exceeding expectations taken me out of semi-retirement

One thing I have learnt over the years is that a program that works one day and not the next is never the culprit.
Point at the program with your index finger outstretched and notice there are 3 fingers pointing back at you.

Thanks for your reply, Scott.

"you only partially updated your DNS settings"

Updated? When, where, and why?
I went to Go Daddy and changed the 72 IP address to the 62 one but it still doesn't work.
