:o!!!

I've just been digging through Janys Hyde's posts - I could have sworn she put up a link to some background patterns she had made (and offered to let any of us use them). No luck so far.....

Great ideas everyone. Jewelcraft, I tried your tip and it worked. That was great advice and I wouldn't have known how to figure it out. Thanks. Also Bruzer and paintbrush, I did search for backgrounds online and ended up finding a free perfect water design that will fit perfect for my next pool business site.
Bruzer is the man with a thousand avatars. Thanks for the tips guys. Great advice.

I like http://backgroundcity.com/ for free web site backgrounds. Or as others said a Google search will find many more.
Another site I like is http://www.gifs.net/gif/

Hi Poolman,

Another tip for you: VSD has lots of repeating background examples in the program directory of VSD. Go to >program files>coffeecup software>coffeecup visual site designer>graphics>backgrounds and choose one you like. Nobody seems to know this! In the graphics directory you can find other things too, like animations and icons that you can use as buttons.

Have fun, John

Wow!

Thanks John. I never knew that those files were there. Probably because I believe there is no mention of them in the VSD help guide. There are actually some great backgrounds in those files and I still can't believe i didn't know they were there.

Thanks for pointing it out.:)
