I have uploaded many times to lunarpages. Now I have a goddaying hosting account and I am not able to upload.
Can you tell me what to do?

the error message is :
The program could not establish a connection to the internet. Please check to see that you have entered the correct destination server, User Name, and Password in the FTP Settings window. You should make sure your modem is turned on.
I have it like this
ftp server - qualitypoolservice.info
user name - login name
password - password
WWW folder- blank

This is correct. I recommend that you contact your hosting provider and make sure that you have the correct information. Remember, this information IS case sensitive.
You can also download our free FTP Client ( http://www.coffeecup.com/free-ftp/ ) and try to connect to the server with it. If it works, this means that we can narrow it down to VSD, if not, you will have to double check the FTP information.

I host with GoDaddy so I can help with this. Email me your login info and I'll see if I can connect. If I can, then we can try some other things. Like disable your firewall, turn off virus software, etc. I have trouble shot many login problems with GoDaddy....
