Trying to attach a blog site - Post...
Hi guys,
I'm building a website and I need to attach a blog site.
It's for a rant page called Mad As. Where can I get a template for a blog site that has multiple subject lines on the front page...
Maybe blog is the wrong word .. Maybe it's a Forum??????
Cheers..

If it's a forum you need, check out what your hosting company has on offer for free. You should find it in the cpanel. If there are no forum packages, there are a number of free ones out there.
As for a blog, you could google for free blogs too. WordPress perhaps? Or Blogger?
Since I don't use VSD, I'm not sure if you will be able to get the same design that you have on your website also on your blog/forum. Others here will know more about that.

I would try Simple Machines forum script. It's easy to alter and has a ton of features.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
This is a site I built for my work.(RSD)

Hi Charlie,
If you just want to rant and have people FB like, tweet or comment on your views, the best thing is a blog and the quickest, easiest and best way to do that here is to use the S-Drive stream which is free.
On the other hand, if you want to rant and then engage with people in a "he said", "she said" fashion, you need a forum utility and like Inger suggests, it's well worth looking at what your host provides as most of them offer such services for free and already installed on the server for you to simply implement and use.
Check out S-Drive Streams for your blog here: http://www.coffeecup.com/sdrive/stream/

All the advice is great.
Dave, I have the attention span of a fleas foreskin ... So explain to me how S-Drive Stream works and how I would plug it into a website as a front page???
Thanks again
