Text changes erratic - Post ID 153012

I'm rebuilding a site that I have under construction.
When changing a block of text from Times Roman Bold at 2pts. with a grey fill to Trebuchet Regular at 1pt. with a white fill the change will sometimes not "take" or it will partially work where I can only get the text to display as bold or as the previously selected colour.
All this when I can select a different block of text on the same page and everything edits as it should.
Suggestions? - Boyd

Try copying the text from the old text box and inserting that into a new text box and apply the changes to the text.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Eric, thanks for the reply.
I ended up just re-typing the problem areas.
On another note...when looking at the site on my desktop in VSD preview it looks fine, same in Internet Explorer. When I view the site on my laptop in Explorer, there's text out of place, some is showing as multiple lines of copy instead of as one continuois line and riding over top of other text.
The font in question is MS Trebuchet which I thought would be fairly common thereby presenting fewer issues, and it is installed on my laptop.
The site is temporarily parked at www.sign-here.ca, the problems I've been seeing are on the vinyl graphics page. - Boyd

Interesting, if I keep text height to 8pt. or less, I don't get the multi-line text issue.
