I need less rounding, not sure how to describe it, but a shallower curve like is on the banner on the site? So sorry about this, feel an idiot asking!

Look at this. You can always make them smaller right in VSD by adjusting the object properties.:)
I have included all 4 corners for you in the attached zip file.
For this to work you will need to make a small adjustment to your fire code.
I added the parts in bold.

<object height="490" width="820" id="slideshow" codebase="http://active.macromedia.com/flash2/cabs/swflash.cab#version=4,0,0,0" classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000">

<param value="slideshow.swf" name="movie">

<param value="high" name="quality">
<param name=wmode value=transparent>
<param value="true" name="loop">

<embed height="490" width="820" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" quality="high" wmode="transparent" loop="true" src="slideshow.swf">

</object>

For some reason VSD converted them to jpg's. They have to stay .png files to retain the transparency.:)

If you copy/paste a PNG in VSD, it will be saved as a JPEG. So if you need 4 corners, each one needs to be inserted from the original file.

I didn't copy and paste, I put the corners on in firestarter! Any help on this would be much appreciated?

Have you tried converting the png corners to gif? You can have transparency with gifs too.
Ha en riktig god dag!
