Wanda,
I believe it is impossible for ANYONE to ensure that their program works flawlessly at release (even the most anal person will make some kind of mistake). I for one appreciate the fact that CC doesn't just release their software and forget about it. They LISTEN to their users, and IMPLEMENT popular changes as able, and continue to TEST and FIX bugs as found. Unlike some other "too big for their britches" software publishers that release software and don't update it for a year or more, even though there are known bugs or worse yet security issues.

As far as getting answers, as Bill mentioned, this forum is mainly manned by users that voluntarily answer to posts. If you have a question that should be answered by a member of CC's staff then you should be submitting a help ticket or calling them. I've never had a problem receiving a timely answer from them.

Ok everyone, my name is Brenda.

I'm wondering if there is a place on this forum where we can upload or put a link to our websites so other can see them and judge them and give good helpful advice.

I've been working on mine for ever and I still don't like it. I'm not sure what to do.

How do I make those nice neat buttons? Can I see your site that you made with coffeecup only please.

Thank you
Brenda

"VNU file is uploaded with your Website for backup purposes"

This is all great, but how does VSD access this file? I tried grabbing one of these using Direct FTP and then trying to open it in VSD, but it wasn't really a backup in the sense that the images aren't part of it. So while the general information is there, it has a lot of necessary content that is missing.

My problem is that I don't have my website on my computer at all. That's why I need the backup. I can access everything with Direct FTP, but I have no idea what I need to collect or where to put it so that VSD can find it.
