Problem With Overlapping Text &...

I built my company website using VSD 5.9. I have seen it in both IE and Firefox in resolution up to 1366 x 768 and it looks fine in both browsers. I recently had a customer inform me that there are overlapping text and images when they viewed it on their computer which was utilizing Firefox in 1440 x 900. I am unable to view it at that resolution so I can not see for myself where the issues are. Someone told me to use "Force Absolute text Positioning" and it would fix it. VSD allows no such option.

Can anyone verify that there are issues with my site at 1440x900 with Firefox or IE? And how do I fix it if there is. Agaian, when I view it on IE or Firefox up tp 1366x768 it appears fine. The URL is www.hydrobluepools.com
Thanks for any help.

Hi Poolman, sense all I am using is FF and IE7 you can see in this download what I saw, which is nothing. must be their resolution settings.

Hey Bruzer,

Thanks for checking it out. Were you set at 1440x900? What do you think would cause that issue as two people have now told me they are seeing overlapping lines of text?

I was set to 1440x900 when I did the screenshots!
well could be they need to update firefox or IE or the resolution settings are set to 120, norm is 96dpi. you'll need to get more info from them about their settings or versions and browsers.

In case you didn't understand, DPI is a Windows display setting, not a browser setting. When I go to Personalization in Vista, "Adjust font size (DPI)" is an option that shows up on the left side.
