That's what I was thinking. Make sure you are uploading to the correct folder.

If you have more than one domain on a host, you should have a separate folder for each domain. If you only have one, then you should upload to the public_html folder.

Can you tell me where to check that?

what settings do you have in the WWW folder in VSD for your website, and whom are you hosted with? Godaddy?

This site is hosted with Linux. The setting in the www folder is "www.cooldoggrooming.com." I have also been trying to deal with Coffee Cup tech support, to no avail. One thing he wanted me to do was check the files on my server. I did that. They are the files I uploaded last night! The new ones, the ones that are supposed to be showing up. So my host has the files...does this make this a host problem? Also, checking my records, I downloaded the new version of VSD on Nov. 1, that was the beginning of all my problems. Since then, I have never been able to access the site.

Also, I tried the free ftp thing, that didn't upload my site correctly either.

if you click here, is this your updated site? If it is, you are uploading to the wrong directory. I believe in the www folder it should be / or public_html
Or contact your hosting provider to be sure where your root directory should be
