I uninstalled and ran the CCcleaner, but VSD still won't open themes. I can do it the hard way, but kind of a pain. Oh, well. It's still a rocking program!!

I would suggest is that you report this to CC rather than just here on the forums. Although the staff of CC does peruse the forums, it's not guaranteed that they will see every post that is attempting to report a bug. Always best to put in a support topic to make sure they get the information and can confirm the bug or help you work out what's possibly wrong on your end. Good luck on it. :)

I'm having the exact same issue. I purchased VSD, downloaded and installed it. When I choose to create a new website from a theme, it tells me there are no themes and that I should try reinstalling the program. I have tried reinstalling several times, as administrator, etc. I am going through the install with the defaults. I am also running Windows 7 as a VM.

I reported it to CC yesterday. If I get a solution, I'll update the post. Just letting folks know it appears to be a bigger issue, not just isolated to an individual.

It is way more isolated then you think. Frustrating though I agree. ;)

From CC, the it appears that my issue is related to the fact that I am running VSD on a Windows VM. Solution/Workaround is to do a File-Open Website.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
