I have a website and I guess I had forgotten that I had mouseovers on the titles of the boxes. Anyway out of the 7 boxes, four of the labels will mouseover and 3 absolutely will not. These are text objects. I create the text, click on it to get the blue frame/blue handles, then go to mouseover and click create. I get the green handles, the radio button jumps down to the mouseover object, but the Offset mouseover fields don't activate. I cannot enter the offset. I only want the test to jump a couple of pixels. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The text objects that work are, Medical Billing, Daysheet Service, EZ-Bill Software, and Data Security. The other three don't.
I can create buttons and the mouseover works. I can create text and have it stretch or rotate on mouseover. But I just cannot get the offset mouseover fileds to activate so I can enter the 2 pixel offset.
If anyone can point me in the right direction I will greatly appreciate it. Happy Thanksgiving to all you Americanos
