1st - I am very happy with CoffeeCup web support

2nd - Beware of McAfee conflicts with VSD. Based on my experience, in fact if you have it I guarantee VSD will NOT be successfully loaded.

A lot of anti virus apps cause problems with other programs. I only use Microsoft essentials.

Norton also has issues, but you can work around them. You just open the control panel and add 'execptions' for CoffeeCup. :D

That's why many software tells you to disable your security apps prior to installing. Always best to do so when you're installing things that you think "may" give it issues.

Yes, what Eric said! ;)

Years ago I had serious problems with McAfee (don't get me started...!)
Now I only use "MS Security Essentials", which has never caused me trouble of any kind, nor any conflicts. I've never needed to disable it.

Internet security the way it should be. Anybody selling anti-virus can afford to pay users to create viruses to build more business. I actually trust Microsoft on this. I know that seems impossible but everybody gets lucky once and a while.:P

This is why I never, ever will install one of those on my system. They touch way to many aspects of the OS. Just be a good internet user and you will never need one. ;)

- Never use IE for surfing

- Use web based email

- Do not download attachments from email that are anything but a graphic

- Remember, the Nigerian Price really does not want to give you $100 million dollars, so do not click the link in the email.

- Use Chrome ;)

- Download software only from reputable places

Stick to that, and you will be good to go!

Thanks Eric I swapped Avast with Microsoft essentials. Much less interference. I did have Norton once.wanted world domination as did AVG eventually. Avast was good till the advertising started.
