Above someone said to not do a "Save As." But I just did one like you said anyway. I go to Publish. The only thing I see with "CoffeeCup" on it is "Coffee Cup S Drive Settings." If I hit "Published Websites" it says "Nothing Here Yet." If I click "Choose A Publishing Destination" the only one it shows is donsides.coffeecup.com. When I click "Manage CoffeeCup Account" if takes me back to the same "S Drive Settings" page I described above. I did it anyway. All the info is there. I then click Publish. It does the same thign I described above. It says publishing, publishing successful, and then View Website. I click that and it says "There's Nothing Here Yet."
This makes about 15 times of doing all that. How many more times do you think I need to do this?

I am going to suggest again doing a save as and re name your website (33 draft of homepages) so that item 5 happens in order (or NOT so i can explain clearly)
(1) Choose publish and select Coffeecup s drive settings (top publish will be greyed out)
(2) Enter the email address you use to gain access to your coffeecup account and your CC password.
(3) Dont forget afterwards to select SAVE Wait for SMILEY FACE TO APPEAR and box to close .
(4) Now go back to PUBLISH and the top option PUBLISH should now be black SELECTABLE (before it was greyed out) so use it now PUBLISH
If no. (5) below appears do item (5) next if not the program should in 30 seconds or so POSSIBLY LONGER start automatically publishing SIT BACK AND WAIT IT TAKES A LONG TIME FIRST TIME (NOW GO TO ITEM 6)
(5) A box will appear saying you must save your website so click on SAVE WEBSITE
(6) the publish completed box should appear and hopefully clicking view website will go to your homepage IF NOT go to cc control panel and find default and set default to homepage
IF THIS FAILS stop tearing your hair out and skype me jewelleryhandmade (please remove Wednesday) senior advisors.

I called four times between 12 noon and 3 pm CST, always got a recording that the representatives were busy and that tech calls would be returned with 36 hours. I was on hold waiting several times but never got to speak to anyone about the problem.

We are on East Coast Time, so any time after 2pm CST, we would be closed. We have been pretty busy here with all the software releases, so don't give up on trying to reach us.

I got through to a person and scheduled a tech support call Friday.
The only other thing I can thinkto add is that I'm using Windows 7 on a HP Pavilian laptop and Windows 7.
When I click the VSD icon it will not open until I right click and click Run As Administrator. I can't imagine how they could affect the issues we are discussing though. A few days ago I changed publishing destinations and the test page would show up on line under my main URL.
However, if "Run As Administrator" might be an issue, that is what I'm having to do to open VSD.

Hiya Don,
There are a lot of people that need to do that, and a lot that don't, it's a weird thing about Windows Vista and 7 for some reason and the best thing you can do is follow this information for that part of your issue:

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
