The "Open Published Website" feature doesn't interpret the path correctly, probably because the term "root" has two meanings in your software. The "Open Published Website" feature thinks it's the Web Server HTML content root, whereas, the Publish tool thinks it means the Server File System root.
In case it wasn't clear, in my last post, this is a BUG in your software. Please look into it.

When we look at the things around us, we only see them as they were in the past. We really have no perception of reality, at all!

VSD is not an html editor for experienced coders, and as such it is DESIGNED to operate in a simplified way, if it were NOT i would not have managed to produce any websites at all.
This is a user to user forum, if you believe you have found a BUG, i suggest you put in a support ticket and discuss it with CC start directly.
Started using CC VSD in January 2009, I don't do HTML code, Sales from CC site exceeding expectations taken me out of semi-retirement

Where do you get this or see this dialog?

I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
This is a site I built for my work.(RSD)

This is a site I built for use in my job.(HTML Editor)

This is my personal site used for testing and as an easy way to share photos.(RLM imported to RSD)

This dialog is for viewing a site published to S-Drive.

My browsers always open anyways so switching to my browser to view a non S-Drive site really is a simple task and the one I prefer.
