Barbara do you have photoshop, if you do just select image, and then size, then put the width in and dependant on your settings, it may or may not automatically change the length.

Heya Barbara, no CC doesn't have something like Photoshop -- yet --, but they do have Web Image Studio, which i'm sure will get more features as time goes by.. here is the link http://www.coffeecup.com/web-image-studio/ I usually use it for minor editing for CC's existing graphics, but it's not yet capable of doing Photoshop image editing.
