Strange behaviour
Clicking email tab does this:
Chrome .... does nothing
IE.... takes me to Daily Mail (my home page)
Firefox..... takes me to a new tab in google chrome.
It made me look at email links from pages done many moons ago. and they don't work

Hello Steve,
The E-Mail link works just fine for me. Opens a new message in Outlook.
Here is the code.
Have you attempted to clear your cache?

Yes.... cache is cleared on browsers
Cleared the cache on all 3 again... closed down reopened . still not working for me.
Slightly different this time.Clicking the email tab in IE now opens up Chrome on a new tab. Firefox, nothing Chrome, nothing.
Just tried on another computer..... still a no,no.

That is strange. Do you have a default E-Mail program setup on your computer?
We are clicking the same button correct? I have attached a screen shot of the button I am using.

This is why it is best to use web forms and not email links.

Yes... It is a bit strange.
I use Hotmail. I do have thunderbird but stopped using a long time ago.
I get the curser change to the hand but either nothing when I click or it opens up a new tab in a browser I am not using.
Just tried a browser never used before (ice dragon).... guess what it opens up a tab (blank page) in Chrome.

Adam says it works. Could I have a few more "works for me" so I can not be too concerned. I will know for definate it is something this end and as I won't be normally clicking my own email links, I can sleep tonite

Out of curiosity I tried the email link and it opened Outlook Express. So yes it works for me.

Just out of curiosity, not that it makes any difference.
Depending on what email I put into VSD it shows different in the bottom left corner when I hover over link
(I am not leaving any spaces)
The @ sometimes doesn't show but it says %40 instead.
