Is it possible to make a horizontal or vertical dropdown menu bar in Visual Site Designer iteselfe?

No not within VSD itself,
I made my drop down menu in the CC HTML Editor using it's built in CSS Menu Designer, then copied the code over to VSD.
It was really easy, once I got the hang of what the menu designer was doing.

I do not think it will be a part of VSD because CC already has Flash Menu Builder as well as the Free DHTML Menu Builder.
Aren't you a little short for a Storm Trooper?
