I am putting together a VSD site that will have contributions from web designers in 2 remote locations.

I suppose the workflow will have to be - FTP latest from website (so website is source of truth), edit locally, then push back to website.

Who else is doing this sort of deployment, and what tricks/tips do you use for a multi contributor VSD site?
