You are correct regarding the imported .jpg.

All I was talking about regarding use as much html as possible was this: I don't want to discourage you from using flash or javascrpt or anything non html, but was advising you to use them in moderation. But, if you do decide to use them prioritize as best as you can. My priorities is html for SEO purposes.

I'm not sure that's clearer, but it was worth the effort.

Try using the Alt tag with just a summary of the article maybe? At least that would put some key words in there as well as filling the Optimization of that image so that it's read correctly by the bots. Just a thought :)

Hi Jo Ann!
I will certainly do that. I don't know if we're limited in the number of words though. I'll do my best.
Thanks.:)

The limitations I believe only apply to meta tag information, not "alt" content. For example you could hide behind a flash movie the content within the flash movie for those who do not have flash and that's perfectly acceptable alternative content.

Eric,
It is clearer and was worth the effort :)
I am not good at coding, javascript, flash, etc., it's a lot of luck, sleepless nights, headaches, and mostly help from people like you, and a very good friend.

Thank you.:)

I wrote 85% of the article in the "alt" text window. That's great! All is good.:)

For that image, you could just place a link on the page, perhaps below the image, which reads something like "Article in text form" which then links to a page that is just the text.
