Bruzer-
I will try another upload later today to see if I can get the error screenshot using the method you've described. Thank you!
The latest response from support is:
That is not a crash, it is an upload failure message, which as I stated is a huge difference. The files for your site are pretty much all over the place and from what I could tell, you had many missing images and referenced files that are no longer where they were pulled from. That is nothing that the software did on its own, you must have either moved or deleted them at one point or another.
I can log into your system and correct the issue by re-referencing the site, but we cannot provide another free support session since it is not a software issue.
I would still recommend a reformat of your system since there is definitely something hogging up your system resources
......Sounds like Orlando's getting upset just like I've gotten upset lately but I appreciate his response
.
I just gotta remember that
he's spent 4 months and sent 50 some emails too.
However, it would now appear we've reached or are nearing the "its not our fault" point.
I did not realize this was about who's "fault" this was, mine, Orlando's, the software, my system, who pays, I dont have the files in the right order, etc. etc.
I was hoping the
4 months and 50 emails back and forth were about finding what the heck is wrong and and how the heck to fix it.
So...how could it take
50 emails to get to THIS point?
The only possible answer in my mind is that somewhere along the line during the exchange of 50 plus emails "someone wasn't/isn't asking the
right questions? This issue didnt just crop up. This happened many, many, many emails ago!!!
Like Yeto said in a previous post of his: "
Let's work together with the nice people on this forum and get your site up and running"
Thanks Yeto...I think your Right!
If anyone has advice, I would appreciate it
Thanks again to all...
including support!
