Also I will work on getting a picture up. As I said before we have owned this software for awhile but have not put it to much use. I am now to the point that this is going to be a wonderful tool and will be freeing. If you go to WalkYourDogWithLove.com I am on the You Tube Video on the home page.

When you click on delete the page you last click on will be the one deleted.

VSD will always look for the files in the location they were when you added them to your page.

When adding external images and files to VSD, make sure to keep them in a file outside of the mywebsitename_website folder. If you place them inside your files folder for your site VSD may get confused. Placing them inside of a dedicated folder makes it easy to edit them and keep a good handle on them for backup and safe keeping.
To backup the site copy the mywebsitename_website folder and the folder with all the files you added to your site to a flash drive.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Eric Hi

I see the website folder for my site. Where should I place the other dedicated folder? It is stand alone or a subfolder of my website folder or a subfolder within my website folder? If stand alone then when I save on the flash drive I am essentially saving the other folders. When I go to upload the files to my host I upload with all of the different folders and they will be reconized as part of the website?

Please remember I am used to template where everything is placed for you. I just want to make sure I am understanding you correctly.

Thank you

If your like must users your mywebsitename_website folder is inside your Documents/Coffeecup Software/Visual Site Designer/ folder. I make another folder called mywebsitename files and place it in the same directory. Then it's just a matter of coping the mywebsitename files folder and the mywebsitename_website folder to your flash drive and your all set. If any thing happens reinstall VSD and copy the two files back to your Documents/Coffeecup Software/Visual Site Designer/ folder and your good to go. Also doesn't hurt to zip up your site and ftp this to your server as a backup.

hello. back in 2010, there was a discussion on this board about how to set up the site so when the visitor clicks on an image, it is enlarged. I was able to do this on my older version of your software but cannot find that utility here. I understand I could set up the larger image as a stand alone page but how do I make the original image clickable so I can then link it to the larger image

Thanks
