Viv this is a bit off topic but I have a copy of Firestarter and can produce the swf files. How did you import into VSD. As it only accepts XML files. I tried inserting the html in a html box but the preview showed nothing. Any clues.

I am impressed with your header, top stuff, it is a real eye catcher.

I think you need to use the "Add Flash" tool that you'll find in the vertical row of icons on the left of the screen (a "+" sign on a yellow flash).
I'm not a VSD user,but I'm sure Viv will give you more detailed suggestions when he logs in!

Thanks for your input Per, Viv is probably still in slumber, we Australians are always a day ahead. If Viv is in the UK that would be 10 or more hours behind.

What I have is swf the file choice is XML only, I guess I need a XML file that calls the SWF file or something like that. I have got enough languages floating around up there, I don't need another. It took me long enough to learn Strine

Fire starter doesn't use an xml file. Upload the 3 files .html, .swf, and the .fire to the same directory that the page with the fire project code is in.

From the Support Articles (adding Firestarter to VSD):

If you haven't already done so, open Firestarter and save your animation twice — once as an SWF file and once as a .fire project. When you save, a window will appear listing the files you need to upload to your server and the HTML you need to paste on the page where you want the animation to appear.
Copy the HTML code to your clipboard.
Open the Visual Site Designer page where you want the animation to appear.
Click the Add HTML icon in the left toolbar.
Click anywhere on the page. This opens the Insert HTML window.
Enter a name for the animation in the HTML Object Name field.
Paste the HTML for your animation in the Body HTML field, and then click OK.
Go to Edit > Add Files and browse your computer for the SWF file for your animation. Click Add to add it to your Website.
Click OK.
