I am working on a site and have inserted a contact form on the contact page. Two people I have asked to look at the site have had a problem with the way the contact form appears.

I am using IE9 and Chrome for previews and do not see the problem. Don't see the problem on actual site. One person is using IE9 and the other using IE8. Both are seeing the same problem.

I connected remotely to them and took a screen shot of what they see.

So, we are both going to the actual site. They see the problem, I don't.

Any suggestions you might have would be appreciated!!

webform.jpg is what I see. webform1.jpb is what they see.

The site: http://www.advantagetooling.galenswebsite.com

Thanks,

Galen

ps: after inserting the xml file I change the boundaries to exactly the same pixel size (heighth and width) as was created in the Web Form Building app

Assuming you're using an HTML box, how big is it in VSD?

Edit: I reproduced what they're seeing by zooming in. have them Ctrl + 0 to see if that is the problem. :)
Aren't you a little short for a Storm Trooper?

Hi Zac,

That was it!!! They were zoomed to 125%. I'm always at 100%. So now I can reproduce here also by zooming in.

So now the question is: Why would it do that on zoom in??

Any thoughts?

Thanks...you're quick.

Basically, you cannot zoom into an .swf file. :)

A more accurate assessment is the the Form Builder form does not zoom.

SWF files zoom with the page when embedded. :)

I used my Droid X to see it, the form is under the rest of the page and starts out as a blank white area until I clicked on it. Then the form cames up.

Shold I be using the "Add HTML" button instead?? Would that "embed" it and allow it to be zoomed?

Right now the form is setting on top of a green background and it is set to be transparent. I made sure it is on top by using the arrange option and made sure what was behind it is sent all the way back.

Thanks again for your help.
