Hi, I decided to try the BB software last night on my laptop and the "Hey I'm Suzanne" tip screen you get on 1st use is too big and can't be closed. As a result its not usable. I tried on a desktop with large screen and its OK so its defo a screen size issue. Not great a for a "responsive" designer!

Also got this error when trying to post this the first time with a screen shot.
Its looking like I will stick with my current software.

Hi Bob
I would check that you are running at a high enough screen resolution also try opening the app with administrator right

well this is embarrassing. :D
My resolution is 1920x1080 but what I didn't realise is that Windows had defaulted to a recommended scaling of 150%. No idea why it thinks that is recommended.

I have set this to 100% and its fine.

For info I have added the screen shot showing the unclickable state but it was a settings issue on my end.

cheers gents
