Thanks for the reply, I am not logged into the account I set up at the time, I lost all of my roboform data a few weeks ago and unfortunately have no clue of the password or even the email address I used at the time, I had a quick look this afternoon through my different inboxes but could not find any correspondance, it was only a quick look however, I will track down the details and log into the correct account and request support.

All the file were uploaded I have been deleting and re-uploading over the last hour to no avail.

Have you tried getting help on the Xara forums (since this is a Xara site)? They have many discussions about adding CC Forms to their websites.
Also, you have a link at the bottom of your site – "created by and hosted on http://www.designithostit.com/" (not 1and1). Maybe you could check your hosting account and find out where your uploads are going to?
